Providence Marketing Group  ·  Nassau Athos

Independence is a contract term, not a sentiment.

Providence Marketing Group is opening the Nassau Athos fixed indexed annuity to independent producers — on terms that vest on day one and release on request, in writing, without a penalty attached to leaving.

You already have a book, carriers and an upline. This is an invitation to add a carrier, not to change careers. Contracting is with Providence Marketing Group.

Begin with your National Producer Number

Your NPN is public record, so it is all we need to begin. To save you wondering: no Social Security number is asked for on this page.

“Read the release policy first. If you can’t get a clean release on request, nothing else on the page matters. You are one bad quarter away from being trapped.”

Independent-agent due-diligence research, on how to evaluate an IMO. Contract terms, ownership and exit barriers rank first among the criteria experienced producers apply — ahead of commission economics. It is the standard we expect to be measured against, so it is the first thing on this page.

What the contract says

Three terms, answered before you have to ask for them.

100% day-one vesting

First-year and renewal commissions vest on day one. There is no vesting cliff and no schedule that earns your own renewals back to you over time.

Ownership

Written open release

Requested in writing and returned in five to ten business days. There is no exit penalty. The terms are the same on the way out as on the way in.

Exit

Zero technology fees

No portal charge, no CRM subscription, no membership fee. PMG is compensated through carrier-paid overrides rather than by the producers it contracts.

Cost

Each of these is a contract term, not a positioning statement. Ask for the language before you write a case and we will send it — the same document either way.

The product

Athos, described by its mechanics.

You have read enough brochures. Here is what is structurally different about the contract, in four points, with the carrier and the form numbers stated.

01

Retroactive participation-rate increases

Through the Auto-Extend Track, a participation-rate increase applies back across the segment already in progress rather than only to the next one. Patent-pending, and the first time a fixed indexed annuity has done it.

Participation
02

DAV/PAV stop-loss

Ninety percent of the highest daily account value recorded over the segment is locked as a floor, so a decline late in a segment does not take back everything the segment had already earned.

Downside
03

Two crediting indices

The S&P 500 Dynamic Intraday TCA index and the Nasdaq-100 Volatility Control 15% index — an intraday-managed large-cap sleeve and a volatility-controlled growth sleeve.

Crediting
04

100% digital eApp

The application is digital end to end. Nothing in the submission path depends on paper, a wet signature, or a courier.

Submission

Stated plainly

Athos is issued by Nassau Life and Annuity Company on contract forms 25FIA-XT / ICC25FIA-XT. It is not available in New York or Maine, because the carrier is not authorised in those two jurisdictions. If you write in either state, Athos will not be part of what you place there.

Current rates, participation levels and full contract provisions live in the carrier’s own product materials. We send those with the contracting packet rather than summarising numbers on a web page that can go stale.

Contracting

Start with one public number.

Four short steps. The first asks for your NPN and nothing else, because with it we can look up most of what a recruiting form would otherwise make you type.

Step one of four

Your National Producer Number

One field. When this is connected we will check it against NIPR and show you the name on the licence before asking you for anything else.

Six to ten digits. Public record — look it up on the NIPR registry if you do not have it to hand.

Step two of four

Confirm your number

Nothing was looked up. The NIPR check is not connected yet, so we are showing you the number you typed and nothing else — no name, no state, no licence count. When this is live, this panel will show the name and birth year on the licence so you can confirm we have the right person.

Shown once NIPR is connected

When this is connected we will show a first name, a last initial and a birth year — enough for you to recognise yourself and not enough to be worth stealing. Your full date of birth is never sent to this page.

Step three of four

Four questions we cannot look up

Everything else we already hold. These four decide whether Athos can be added cleanly, and how quickly.

Where do you write business?

Issue state, not your residence. Select every state you place business in.

Current IMO or upline — optional

Named so we can check for a hierarchy conflict before you sign anything.

Can you obtain a clean written release?

If you are not sure, ask your upline for it in writing. Ours is returned in five to ten business days, and we will tell you that before you ask.

Do you own 100% of your renewals from day one?

At PMG, first-year and renewal commissions vest on day one, with no cliff.

Step four of four

What we can see, and what we cannot

Not connected yet. When it is, this reads from our licensed appointment extract — 8.1 million carrier-appointment records, keyed by NPN. Nothing below has been looked up against your number.

Not connected

We have not looked up your appointments.

Which carriers would you want to add through PMG?

Athos is the occasion for this page. It does not have to be the only thing you add.

Anything we missed — optional

This is a design preview of the application flow. Your answers were not sent, not stored and not received by anyone. When the flow goes live, this screen is where the real confirmation will appear — the steps below are what it will say.

  1. A contracting packet reaches you from contracting@pmgimo.com, with the commission schedule, the vesting language and the release policy in writing.
  2. We check your states against the carrier’s authorisations and flag anything that will not clear — including New York and Maine.
  3. If a hierarchy conflict shows up against your current upline, we tell you before you sign, not after.

Our appointment extract is licensed data, and it has holes we know about. It records at most ten carriers per producer, and 1,117,041 producers in it carry no appointment record at all. Where we cannot see your appointments we will say so rather than show you a clean slate we have not verified.
